Who Am I?

Empowering individuals to achieve their full potential is my passion and privilege. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2013 from Xavier University. I also earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier in 2019. Prior to coming to Cincinnati for school, I was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. However, I’ve been in Cincinnati long enough to grow accustomed to the milder winters that come with being in southern Ohio.

Many insurance plans now cover virtual therapy, but it’s always best to check with me to confirm your coverage and any potential out-of-pocket costs. I currently accept Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare/UMR, Optum, Aetna, and Cigna. I’m happy to provide you with the necessary documentation for insurance reimbursement for out of network coverage.
